our lawyers are experts in family law matters

We frequently assist clients within this area with family law matters and property settlements. We often are engaged to draft Binding Financial Agreements or Applications for Consents Orders to finalise the property matters between separating couples. Both options do not require any party to go to Court and are a quick and cost effective alternative to Court proceedings. Our lawyers always provide advice as to the avenues to resolve conflict without the need to seek the Courts determination. If you would like to discuss how you can keep your property settlement, or parenting agreement, out of Court, then give our office a call on 8391 8411 during business hours, or after business hours on 0423 729 686. Our lawyers offer a free 30 minute consultation over the phone to assess your case and provide you with your options moving forward.

If you do have a matter listed at Court, it is likely that your case is listed at the Mildura Magistrates’ Court. Our lawyers often appear at this Court for criminal and intervention order proceedings. If you would like to discuss having representation at Court, please call us as soon as you become aware of the Court date. Our friendly lawyers can provide advice to you about sensitive matters such as issues arising as a result of separation, or even before separation has occurred.

When you call us, ask us about our fixed fee structure.
