Overview And Experience
Jessica developed a passion for providing families with support in an emotionally and stressful time of their lives whilst completing her law degree and started her career as a paralegal in a boutique family law firm. Upon admission, she joined the team at Aston Legal Group as a family lawyer offering compassionate and personalised legal support to her client’s during some of their most challenging times.
Jessica graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws. She also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law. She has since been admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. In her pursuit to ensure that her clients receive knowledgeable representation, she has also recently completed a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) at the College of Law.
Representative Experience
Jessica has practiced extensively in family law since admission. While her focus is primarily in parenting and/or property matters, she also has experience dealing with other issues such as divorce matters and family violence intervention orders. She is dedicated to her clients as their advocate and navigates the complexities of family law with professionalism and skill.
Personal Life
Beyond Jess’ commitment to family law, she enjoys an active lifestyle and regularly plays volleyball and footy. Her interests in volleyball extends beyond playing – she also contributes to the sport at a national level by assisting with statistics for the Australian national volleyball teams.
