The nearest Court to Coburg is the Moonee Ponds Magistrates’ Court (Law Courts) which is located at 3 Kellaway Avenue, Moonee Ponds VIC 3039. Otherwise, any other matters would be listed at the Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court which is located at Jika Street, Heidelberg VIC 3084. This Court can hear a range of matters within the jurisdiction of criminal, civil or intervention orders. In addition to this, the Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court offers the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP). The Court has jurisdiction to hear all summary criminal matters and some indictable matters heard summarily, as well as conducting committal hearings. The Court can also hear intervention order matters including hearing interim applications or contested hearings.
