The Echuca Magistrates’ Court is located at Heygarth Street, Echuca VIC 3564. This Court deals with criminal, civil and intervention order matters. The criminal jurisdiction of the Magistrates’ Court hears and determines all summary offences, some indictable offences and conducts committal hearings.
